Account deletion
You can delete your Family AI account in a web browser; you do not need to have the app installed.
How to delete your account
Sign in through a web browser and visit /family-ai/account/delete. Confirm the deletion on that page. This is the available self-service deletion route.
If you cannot sign in
No support email address is configured. You must be able to sign in through a web browser and use /family-ai/account/delete; this page does not provide another deletion-request channel.
What deletion does
Deletion erases your private account data and redacts your own shared content. It does not delete your partner's account or content, and it cannot recall copies already received or cached on another person's device. Deletion cannot be undone.
